Return Policy

Domestic Orders

If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the products. We, strictly, do not have returns based on your choice and selection upon receiving the product. You may wish to enquire before placing the order.

International Orders

Currently we do not have any return policy for international customers.

What is your Return Policy?
  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at infoejiri@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
  2. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost
  3. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at infoejiri@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect within 48hours  of receiving your order.
  4. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  5. Return should happen within 2 working days after mailing us.
  6. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you for reverse shipping.
  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges


NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Return request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during sale are non-refundable
